ARRIVAL TIME
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete our Spa Consultation Form.
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes in advance of your treatment.
Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
We advise you inform us of any health condition, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment.
If unsure, please contact the spa before booking where we can advise on suitable treatments.
SPA PACKAGES
For bookings of 5 or more, please confirm availablity by contacting the spa before continuing with this order.
Any bookings that have not been confirmed in advance may be changed or cancelled (without penalty).
CANCELLATION POLICY
All spa experiences require 100% pre-payment at time of booking.
Spa treatments may be cancelled up to 4 days prior to the date of your spa treatment – after which a 100% cancellation fee will apply and treatments will be non-transferable.
No refund or transfer will be payable for non-arrival for a treatment without the stipulated notice.
VALUABLES & LOST PROPERTY
SpaSpa accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises. Lockers are available on site for use at your own risk. We reserve the right to remove the contents from any locker left overnight. All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception and will be held for 4 weeks before being disposed of. Liquids, under garments and hairbrushes are kept for 24 hours only.
MISCELLANEOUS
Certain facilities may be closed on occasions for repair or improvements. Wherever possible notice will be given of such occasional closures in the health club reception area but both routine and urgent maintenance work and facility upgrades will be necessary to keep the facilities in good condition. The Spa employ adequate staff to manage the facilities during open hours but does not guarantee that all areas will be constantly supervised.
