Traditional stimulating massage movements and pre-blended ESPA aromatherapy oils suited to target your main physical and emotional concerns.

- Optimal Express Facial
This facial includes a cleanse, exfoliation, face oil, mask, scalp massage and finishes with an application of skincare products from our ESPA range, to leave your skin looking bright and healthy.

- Express Manicure:
Hands and cuticles are conditioned and moisturised. Nails are beautifully shaped and treatment with a prescriptive base coat, completed with nail polish colour of your choice.

- Express Pedicure:
Feet and cuticles are conditioned and moisturised. Nails are beautifully shaped and treated with a prescriptive base coat, completed with a polish colour of your choice.
