- Optimal Express Facial:

This facial includes a cleanse, exfoliation, face oil, mask, scalp
massage and finishes with an application of skincare products from our ESPA
range, to leave your skin looking bright and healthy.

- Express manicure:

Hands and cuticles are conditioned and moisturised. Nails are
beautifully shaped and treatment with a prescriptive base coat, completed with
nail polish colour of your choice.

- Express pedicure:

Feet and cuticles are conditioned and moisturised. Nails are
beautifully shaped and treated with a prescriptive base coat, completed with a
polish colour of your choice.
